What are the payment options available on the website?
Cash on delivery – Maximum of 5000 AED Credit cards – Visa / MasterCard Yalla Wallet - Cash available in your existing Yalla Wallet or through funds received in your wallet when you sell or rent out a product. Referral Points – You may also partially pay for an item using points accumulated through our referral program or any other promo codes sent and activated by YallaBargain.com. Referral points cannot be redeemed for cash, it can only be used to buy / rent products on the website. An online bank transfer fee of 7 AED (inclusive VAT) is applicable when you transfer money / earnings from your Yalla Wallet to your bank account.
Can I buy / rent products using the money in my Yalla Wallet?

How much is the order cancellation fees?
An order cannot be submitted for cancellation if it’s been picked up from the seller / owner and scheduled for delivery. Cancellations are possible within 12 hours of placing an order with no charges if it’s not been picked up from the seller of the product. We do understand that sometimes buyers find an alternative or might not require buying / renting a product after the initial 12 hours grace period of placing the order, in such cases we will deduct 20 AED for administrative expenses. If the product is picked up from the seller, then a minimum of one day rental needs to be paid by the renter if the product has been ordered for rental purposes. In case the payment for the order was cash on delivery, the amount will be deducted from the Yalla Bargain Wallet as and when funds are available.
What is Yalla Wallet?
Yalla Wallet is an online account wallet on Yallabargain.com which every user can access through their dashboard. Money / earnings from orders will be transferred to the respective user’s Yalla Wallet which they can use to buy / rent items on Yallabargain.com or transfer the same to their bank account. You may also receive funds through welcome code bonuses, referral programs or any other promo codes sent and activated by us, these funds can be only used to buy / rent items on the site and cannot be transferred to their bank account.
Can my account get banned / blocked?
Yallabargain.com team believes that respect towards and among all stakeholders is of paramount value to us in making the Yalla Bargain experience enjoyable for everyone involved. The below section talks about what are the reasons through which a member may be permanently banned or blocked from using the services of Yallabargain.com • Yalla Bargain will not tolerate any form of abusive, derogatory remarks or foul language towards other fellow members of the Yalla Bargain community or towards any of the staff, partners and suppliers of Yalla Bargain will be banned permanently from using the services of Yalla Bargain. • Buyers indulging in cancellation of more than 2 orders in a year by the same seller without proper reasoning. • If a same buyer / renter requests returns of more than 2 orders in a year without proper reasoning. • If a same seller / owner receive more than 5 order returns in a year with them losing the return dispute with the buyer. • If a user lists fake products for buying or renting on the Yallabargain.com. How does VAT work on Yallabargain.com?
The advertised prices for products displayed at YallaBargain.com are inclusive of any VAT. However, the final price will be reflected at checkout, once the order information is completed. It is the requirement of the Seller to charge any VAT if they are registered. Marketplace Sellers not exceeding the UAE VAT registration threshold shall not issue a Tax Invoice and charge VAT on their sales. How are disputes resolved by YallaBargain.com?
We urge you to use the private chat option with the seller for any clarifications on the product listed before renting the same. Communication with the seller through private chat option for any clarifications on the product listed is used as a reference when return disputes are raised. We also recommend the renters and owners to take photographs of the product when being pickup for delivery for reference. If a dispute arises between you and Yalla Bargain LLC, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find an amicable resolution. We will always consider any requests that are reasonable to resolve through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as arbitration, as alternatives to litigation. Thank you.
What are the returns and refund policy?
Buyers should raise the request to return a product within 24 hours after delivery. After 24 hours, the delivery status of the order will change to complete from delivered and funds will be released to the seller. The renter must not accept the item at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the product. If the renter accepts the item at delivery but requests a return within 24 hours, a minimum of one-day rental may be charged. If the seller acknowledges that they provided a wrong listing in terms of the images or information, or if the product is not working / faulty then the product is returned to the seller for which the seller needs to bear the delivery charges based on the category of the product as mentioned at the time of posting the listing. Any specific warranty /guarantee or refund of a product is possible only if mentioned in a seller policy as uploaded by the seller separately or if mentioned in the listing itself. In case of a refund, how will the money be transferred back to me?
The money will be transferred to your Yalla Wallet, which can be used to purchase or rent products on YallaBargain.com. An online bank transfer fee will not be applicable for refunds. In case the payment was made by credit card, the refund may also be transferred back to your card
What happens if I want to return a product I bought after 24 hours?
A return is acceptable within 24 hours of the buyer receiving the product only subject to the returns & refund policy on the website. Any claims for returns after this grace period is not possible as the amount would be processed for transfer to the seller after 24 hours of the buyer receiving the item.
What happens if my package gets lost?
Yallabargain.com logistics partners are experienced and the chances of a package getting lost are close to none. A lost package can be reclaimed within 5 days after you are being notified that the package has been delivered but it’s gone missing. Don’t worry, our aim is to protect our users and make Yallabargain.com a secure and easy platform to help you buy, sell, rent your products with / from other users. Please email us at email@example.com with your lost package inquiry with the specific order ID of the lost item and we will reimburse the market value of the product as decided by the Yallabargain.com team.
Can I reserve an item and buy / rent it later?
No. Reserving an item is not possible.
Why are few items marked as Item is NOT Available for Return?
Product listing by the seller which mentions that the ‘Item is NOT Available for Return’ cannot be returned unless a wrong item has been delivered. In case a wrong package is delivered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Id number in the subject line and we will resolve the issue at the earliest.
What documents should I produce when the product is delivered to me?
The receiver of the products must produce a valid UAE Emirates ID which may be scanned or photographed by the logistics company for internal compliance purposes.
Where can I know more about bidding for a product listed for online auction on Yallabargain.com?
Bidding is a fun way to shop for products, but always remember that each bid constitutes a legal binding contract to buy the item if you win. The same is applicable to buy any product on the website. To make it clear, don't place a bid unless you mean to buy the item. SELLING AN ITEM
How much does it cost to sell or rent out my products on YallaBargain.com?
Listing of products on Yallabargain.com is FREE. Commissions are paid only when an order is placed on the website. There is a 5% VAT on the commission amount which is paid by the seller and is displayed when uploading a listing. • 15% commission on all products below 1000 AED • 12% commission on all products between 1000 – 5000 AED • 10% commission on all products above 5000 AED
What are the charges to transfer my earnings to my bank account?
An online bank transfer fee of 7 AED (inclusive VAT) is applicable when the seller transfers money / earnings from the Yalla Wallet to their bank account. Once the request is placed, the money is usually transferred with 7 working days.
What if I don’t have a bank account, how can I get my earnings?
We can generate a unique code through which you can visit any of the RAK bank ATMs in the UAE and collect your money. The minimum amount that can be withdrawn is 100 AED with multiples of 100 only. In case your earnings are less than 100, you may wait until it crosses a minimum of 100 AED before requesting for the same. You can request for this from your Yalla Wallet section. Currently no charges are applicable for the same.
What are the documents required to be a seller on Yallabargain.com?
Individual sellers need to upload their Emirates ID in their dashboard and their VAT number if registered. Payments will not be transferred to the individual’s bank account if Emirates ID details are missing in the dashboard. Businesses need to upload the contact person’s Emirates ID along with the trade license copy of the company. Payments will not be transferred to the business’s bank account if Emirates ID and trade license details are missing in the dashboard. VAT registered individuals and businesses need to also mention their TRN number in the account verify section in the seller dashboard.
Can I meet other members on Yallabargain.com directly and sell my product to them?
Yallabargain.com is not responsible in any way for any transaction occurring outside its platform. Users are solely responsible for any interactions with other users. We do not control or monitor any meet ups outside the platform and we don’t recommend meeting any user of the platform. We are not liable for any incidents or events occurring from meeting other users in person outside the platform.
How long does it take for my product to be listed on the website once I submit the same?
Your product is usually approved within 24hours if it meets the required guidelines set internally from team Yalla Bargain. You will anyways be notified once your listing is approved or not approved.
Can I edit my listing once it’s approved?
Yes, you can edit your listing as and when you want but it will be resubmitted to the YallaBargain.com team for approval. The edited changes will not be visible for the buyer unless it’s been approved by us.
Can I upload any number of products?
Yes, you are most welcome to upload as many products as you wish to sell or rent out on YallaBargain.com. Listings are completely FREE.
Should the seller pack the item they are selling or renting out?
Packaging of the item is the seller’s responsibility, if an item is not packed properly then we or our logistics partners are not liable for any damage to the item and no claims can be made whatsoever. We recommend packing all items securely using bubble wrap in a sturdy box. The renter needs to pack the item in the condition they received it at the end of the rental period when the item is scheduled for pick-up. If an item is returned by the receiver as damaged due to improper packing, then the sender needs to bear double of the delivery charges as displayed when listing the product else the item shall not be returned back to the sender.
Should I deliver the product to the buyer?
No, our logistics partners pick up the product from you and deliver it to the buyer within 5 working days anywhere in the UAE.
Will I be informed before the delivery company comes to pick up my item?
Yes, you will be notified before the delivery person arrives to pick up your product for shipment.
How soon will I be paid once the buyer receives my product?
Once the buyer receives the product, the payment is processed within 5 working days and the amount due is transferred to the seller’s wallet.
What if I receive a sale order for my product but it is no longer available with me?
Upon receiving the notification, you have 24hours to confirm its availability, if you fail to do so, the order may be cancelled. Once you confirm the availability of the product, the delivery company will pick up the item and deliver it to the renter. You may not cancel the order after confirming its availability; you will have to bear the delivery company charges in this scenario.

RENTING AN ITEM
What is renting on Yallabargain.com all about?
To avoid any confusion, Yallabargain.com has listed below the explanation words when it comes to renting a product. Renter – A user who takes the product on rent. Owner - A user who gives the product on rent. To know more about the rental process, click here .
What is the minimum rental period of a product?
The minimum rental period is 1 day. The available rental duration on the website is 1, 3 or 5 days. All available slots for the product rentals will be indicated at the time of the rental booking.
Is there a preferable delivery time slot for product rentals?
At the time of the booking, the renter may choose a preferable delivery time slot. The available 3 delivery time slots are 10am – 2pm, 2pm – 6pm and 6pm – 10pm. The rental period is 24hours of any time slot you choose. For example, you may choose to rent a product for a day with a preferred delivery slot of 2pm – 6pm, the product may be delivered anytime in this time slot and will be scheduled to be picked up anytime in this time slot the next day.
What happens if I need to extend my rental period after receiving the product?
Currently there is no option to extend the rental period of a product during the rental period. You will have to handover the product to the logistics company for delivery back to the seller/owner of the product at the end the rental period. In an event when you fail to return the product as per the rental booking, you may forfeit the security deposit.
What is the rental / security deposit on rental orders?
The Owner of the product which is listed on the website for rentals; acknowledges and legally agrees that in case of any loss or total damage to any item, the maximum amount that the Owner may claim against the Renter is the amount of the Security Deposit only under all circumstances. If no Security Deposit has been agreed or mentioned by the Owner at the time of listing the product, then no claim for loss or damage may be made by the Owner against the Renter. The maximum amount deducted from the renter is no more than the rental deposit and the renter acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible for the rented item and for any consequences, loss or damage, resulting from its use to whomsoever it may concern. At the end of the agreed rental period, a Renter is responsible for returning the item in the same condition to our delivery partner as it was received by the Renter.
Is there a commission on the rental deposits?
No commission is charged on deposits for rental transactions.
Is there any insurance that a renter can avail on items taken on rent?
Yallabargain.com currently does not offer any insurance for any of the rental products but is working with leading insurance companies in the region to facilitate the same in the future for Renters.
Should the renter pack the item for delivery after the completion of the rental period?
The renter needs to pack the item in the condition they received it at the end of the rental period when the item is scheduled for pick-up. If an item is returned by the receiver as damaged due to improper packing, then the sender needs to bear double of the delivery charges as displayed when listing the product else the item shall not be returned back to the sender. We recommend packing all items securely using bubble wrap or in a sturdy box.
What if I receive an order to rent my product but it is no longer available with me?
No worries, once an order is placed to rent your product, you will get an SMS or email notification to confirm the availability of the product before the order is processed. Upon receiving the notification, you have 24 hours to confirm its availability, if you fail to do so, the order may be cancelled. Once you confirm the availability of the product, the delivery company will pick up the item and deliver it to the renter. You may not cancel the order after confirming its availability; you will have to bear the delivery company charges in this scenario.
What if the product I have rented has functional issues in between the rental period?
No worries, you would be charged only up to the day you have used the item for. Please contact us at email@example.com or you may also send your request immediately on the live chat option on the website informing us about the same. We will pick up the product and deliver it back to the owner of the product and find the reason for the issue and try to solve it as soon as possible. No replacement can be guaranteed for such faulty products.
What if I need to return the product I rented before the rental period?
The renter must not accept the item at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the product. If the renter accepts the item at delivery but requests a return within 24 hours, a minimum of one-day rental may be charged. If the seller/ owner of the product acknowledges that they provided a wrong listing in terms of the images or information, or if the product is not working / faulty then the product is returned to the seller for which the seller needs to bear the delivery charges based on the category of the product as mentioned at the time of posting the listing. The rental amount of the full duration will be charged even if the product is returned before the completion of the rental period.
How can I pay the rental deposit?
The rental deposit can be paid using your credit card or through cash on delivery if the total rental amount and deposit is less than 5000 AED.
When will I get my rental deposit back?
Upon the completion of the rental period, the product will be picked up from you and delivered to the seller / owner of the product. If they don’t raise a claim for any issue or damage within 24 hours, then the rental deposit will be transferred back to you within 5 working days.
What if the item I rented out is damaged or has issues when returned back to me?
A damage claim can be raised only within 24 hours of the seller / owner receiving their product back. After a period of 24 hours, the order is processed as completed and the rental deposit is transferred back to the renter. Please get in touch with us through live chat or email us at email@example.com within 24 hours for any damage claims.
